We collect account, business, contact and messaging information required to provide WhatsApp automation, bookings, billing and support. We do not sell customer data. Provider data such as Google, Meta and Razorpay is processed only for the connected features.
When a business connects WhatsApp, identifiers, phone numbers, message events and access credentials are stored securely for providing the requested automation. Sensitive provider credentials are encrypted at rest.
We use access controls, secure sessions, CSRF protection, webhook validation and encrypted secret storage. Customers may request account/data deletion through support.
