Request deletion of your AutoPost WhatsApp account and eligible personal/integration data.

Use this page to request deletion of your account data, business profile, contacts, message history, WhatsApp connection data and other eligible personal information. We may retain limited information where required by law, for accounting, fraud prevention, security or dispute resolution.

What happens after you submit?

  1. We verify the request and account ownership.
  2. We disconnect eligible integrations where applicable.
  3. We delete or anonymize eligible account and business data.
  4. We record only the minimum audit information necessary to document the request.

For security, deletion may take a reasonable processing period after verification.
